The topic of today is:

On trauma and physiology

What happens in the body and the brain when we experience trauma?

I like to start with looking at:

• What are the trauma responses we know?
• Tell something on the First Aid perspective on Shock (body)
• Combine it with some of the Brain functions when in stress
• And possibly some Polyvagal connections to what we learned

So I will start with my view on this and then we can explore: see what you feel about this, how can we enhance the process and help ourselves and our clients more. How do we more 'get' what we see and what goes on.

If it fits in 15 minute excercise, if we are with a lot of people we can do this in breakout rooms.

Then look at what we did see in the excercise and share what it brought us, and what new insights do we have.

Depending on how it is timewise we can add an extra excercise. Also I love to discuss this, feel on it and help each other to find our own way in encountering 'systemic work people'.

I will write something down about this and share it with you afterwards, including the presentation.
