On the difference between systemic work and IoPT

If we have clients that do have experience with systemic work and fresh to IoPT, it can be challenging to facilitate, especially in a group.
So let us look at this and how we can help each other in finding a way, and what we encounter.

I like to start with looking at:

So I will start with my view on this and then we can explore: see what you feel about this, how can we enhance the process and help ourselves and our clients more. How do we more 'get' what we see and what goes on.

Then I suggest a 15 minute excercise, if we are with a lot of people we can do this in breakout rooms.

Then look at what we did see in the excercise and share what it brought us, and what new insights do we have.

Depending on how it is timewise we can add an extra excercise. Also I love to discuss this, feel on it and help each other to find our own way in encountering 'systemic work people'.

I will write something down about this and share it with you afterwards, including the presentation.
