The topic of today is:

On the boundaries of a process

Where does an IoPT process end, where can we go or not go, what do we meet in this?

I like to start with looking at:

• Does an IoPT process have boundaries?
• How do we set the boundaries?
• What are the boundaries of the client?
• What are the boundaries of the facilitator?
• What are the boundaries for the resonants?
• What are the boundaries for the ones present and not in the process?
• What do we do or not do?

So I will start with my view on this and then we can explore: see what you feel about this, how can we enhance the process and help ourselves and our clients more. How do we more 'get' what we see and what goes on.

If it fits in 15 minute excercise, if we are with a lot of people we can do this in breakout rooms.

Then look at what we did see in the excercise and share what it brought us, and what new insights do we have.

Depending on how it is timewise we can add an extra excercise. Also I love to discuss this, feel on it and help each other to find our own way in investigating our boundaries.

I will write something down about this and share it with you afterwards, including the presentation.
