How to become an IoPT facilitator
I first learned about IoPT in 2015 and immediately wanted to know more about it, so started my trainings in IoPT.
Now 10 years later I love to share with you what I learned over these years, and still continue to learn.

- Block 1 - 3 days
- Basics
- What happens when we are traumatized - Block 2 - 2 days
- How to work with the intention (IoPT) method - Block 3 - 2 days
- Recognizing preverbal emotions - Block 4 - 3 days
- Going to the basic needs - Block 5 - 3 days
- Victim-Perpetrator Dynamics recognizing and working with it - Block 6 - 2 days
- Working with symptoms - Block 7 - 2 days
- Bringing it all together
